Limitations›

Connection limits at present

—The AI chatbot and Try-On apps cannot be installed yet. Manual theme code is not offered as a workaround.
—AI site search is not sold separately. Self-service setup and a trial are not confirmed; access needs to be agreed.
—Ukrainian product copy and Russian translations need separate files. A standard product CSV does not import both languages at once.
—Descriptions and photos are not published automatically. Review and import files yourself; connect feeds in Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
—Ads can only use Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts you can access. A store login or feed does not grant those permissions or publish your catalog to Google.

Connection questions

How do I generate product descriptions for Shopify in bulk?

Export your standard Shopify product CSV and upload it to Content. You get a product CSV with generated descriptions to review and import back yourself. English descriptions for US stores are available now; no Content app is needed.

Can I add the StoreNex AI chatbot to Shopify today?

The StoreNex Shopify AI chatbot app is coming soon and cannot be installed today. The same applies to Try-On. Content, Feed and Creora work with supported files now; AI site search is not sold separately for Shopify.

How do I send Shopify products to Google and Meta?

Provide a supported export or feed to StoreNex Feed. It prepares separate Google and Meta feeds, which you connect in Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager. Feed does not automatically export products from Shopify or publish changes back to your store.

How do I bulk edit Shopify product photos?

Give Creora a CSV, TSV, XLSX, XML or YML file with accessible photo links. It returns the same file with links to processed images. Review the photos and import requirements before uploading it; an arbitrary returned file is not guaranteed to work with Shopify’s importer.
