1. Who is responsible for the data
The StoreNex website belongs to sole proprietor (FOP) Viacheslav Anatoliiovych Overkovskyi (“UPLIFY”, “we”). StoreNex is a product of the UPLIFY team. Registration details are at the end of this page.
We operate in Ukraine and process personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (No. 2297-VI). The GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) applies where a case falls within its territorial and material scope.
2. What data this website collects
2.1. Data you give us yourself
The StoreNex website has no forms, sign-up or subscriptions. If you write to us by email or on Telegram, we receive the data you put in your message.
2.2. Technical data
During a visit, the hosting provider processes the technical data the site needs to work and stay protected: IP address, browser and device type, request time and the requested page. All site files, including fonts and scripts, load from our own domain; your browser doesn’t contact third-party services.
2.3. What the website does not collect
- The site doesn’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or advertising cookies.
- The site doesn’t ask for bank card numbers, passwords or sensitive categories of data.
- We don’t sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
2.4. Module dashboards
Sign-up, payment and work with StoreNex modules happen in separate dashboards (for example, chat.uplify.agency). Data you enter there is processed under the relevant service and the UPLIFY public offer, not this page.
3. Legal bases and purposes

4. Who can access the data
- The UPLIFY team, with limited access on a least-privilege basis.
- Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages, CDN and attack protection) processes technical request data.
- Correspondence: Google Workspace (company email [email protected]) and Telegram, if you write to us there. They process data only to deliver and store messages.
- Public authorities, in case of lawful requests.
We don’t pass data to ad brokers, data aggregators or marketing platforms.
5. How long data is kept
- Correspondence: up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
- Technical request data: we keep no visit logs of our own. Cloudflare processes technical request data and keeps it under its own rules, described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR, where it applies, you can:
- find out what data about you is stored and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask for your data to be deleted;
- restrict processing or withdraw consent;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to your national data protection authority (for EU residents).
To do so, email [email protected] with the subject “Personal data request”. We reply within 30 calendar days.
7. Cookies
The StoreNex website sets no cookies, neither advertising nor analytics. Your browser may cache site files so pages open faster. If we add analytics, this page will be updated before it is switched on.
