1. Who owns the website
The StoreNex website (the “Site”) belongs to sole proprietor (FOP) Viacheslav Anatoliiovych Overkovskyi (“UPLIFY”). StoreNex is a product of the UPLIFY team.
Connecting, paying for and using StoreNex modules is governed by the UPLIFY public offer or an individual agreement.
2. Accepting the terms
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. If you don’t agree, stop using the Site.
3. What the Site contains
- StoreNex module pages: AI chatbot, AI site search, Feed, Try-On, Content, Creora, Ads.
- Module prices and plans.
- Blog articles.
- Links to the module dashboards, where sign-up and payment happen.
Screens on the module pages are examples, not data from real stores. Prices are current as of the date shown next to the plans; check the actual amount in the module dashboard before paying.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (texts, images, design, code) belongs to UPLIFY or is used under license.
- Allowed: quoting with a link to the source (up to 300 characters with an active link).
- Not allowed: copying materials in full, rewriting without substantial changes, or using the StoreNex and UPLIFY brands in your own marketing materials without written permission.
5. AI engines and citation
We allow AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and others) to index and cite Site content, keeping attribution to StoreNex where possible. Using Site content to create imitations of it (copies of articles, module descriptions or guides passed off as your own) is not allowed. The /en/llms.txt file holds a short map of the site and prices for citation.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- spread malware, spam or phishing attacks;
- scrape it automatically at more than 10 requests per minute from one IP address without permission;
- attempt unauthorized access to internal services;
- spread materials that break the laws of Ukraine.
7. Liability
UPLIFY is not liable for:
- losses from decisions made solely on the basis of Site information without consulting a specialist;
- temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance;
- content of third-party resources linked from the Site.
Blog articles are for reference and don’t guarantee any particular result for your business.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the last update and the revision are shown at the top of the page.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved as provided by Article 16 of the Civil Code of Ukraine or in the courts of Ukraine at UPLIFY’s place of registration.
