AI site search
that gets what shoppers mean

StoreNex Search is AI site search for an ecommerce store. It understands typos (sweatshrit → sweatshirt), brand names in any alphabet, queries typed in the wrong keyboard layout, search by meaning and sizes, and its report shows what shoppers search for and don’t find.

The problem›

When search doesn’t understand, the shopper leaves

01
“No results found”

The product is in the catalog, but search didn’t show it. The shopper sees an empty page and leaves.

02
People type in different ways

They make typos, forget to switch the keyboard layout, spell brand names their own way. Plain search looks only for an exact match.

03
You don’t know what’s missing

The owner can’t see what people search for on the site or which products the range lacks.

How it works›

Four steps before finding the product

1
Connect your catalog

Shopify, Horoshop, Prom or a link to an XML/YML feed. Search indexes products, categories and attributes.

2
Pick a mode

Search together with the AI chatbot, or on its own in “Search only” mode.

Search + chat Search only
3
Shoppers find it

Even with a typo, the wrong keyboard layout or a brand written another way.

StoreNex Search features›

Finds it even when the words don’t match

If a query finds nothing, search rephrases it in your catalog’s own words and shows results with a note on what was searched.

querymoisturiser → moisturizer
querydandruff → flaky scalp
querybalding → hair loss
queryhair oil → hair oil
A large window of its ownA click in the search bar opens a full-screen window: categories with matching products and counts on the left, product cards by category on the right with photo, name, SKU, stock, price and discount. “N more” shows the whole category. Until the shopper types, it shows their recent searches and the store’s biggest categories.
By meaning and by size“yoga mat” finds both “Yoga mat” and “Exercise mat for yoga”, “gift for a kid” finds kids’ products. “feeder rod 12 ft” shows 12 ft rods first, and “feeder” finds “Feeder fishing rod”.
Attributes in search“chocolate protein” finds protein with a chocolate flavor: search takes attributes and variants from product pages into account, and products with the word in the title rank higher.
Your own placeholder and suggested searchesSet your own text in the search box (for example, “Search by problem, product or name”) and up to 7 suggested searches, shown until the shopper starts typing. The “Popular searches” block shows queries that found products for different shoppers.
Easy on a phonePhotos in the search window load as smaller copies, so results appear fast even on mobile data. Buttons and categories are thumb-friendly, “Back” closes the search rather than the site, and the keyboard doesn’t hide the results.
A report without personal dataWhich searches are most frequent, how often a product was opened after them, and separately the searches with no results. Phone numbers, emails and card numbers never get into the report.

What the store gets›

What AI search can do

In plain words: how search on your site will change.

A full-screen window
Search opens on top of the site, with results already grouped by category.
Typos
“puffer jakcet” finds puffer jackets.
Wrong keyboard layout
A Cyrillic word typed on a Latin layout is turned back into the right word.
Brand names in any alphabet
“Nikey” or Nike spelled in Cyrillic still finds Nike.
Search by meaning
“something warm for winter” shows puffers, sweaters and scarves.
Sizes
Understands queries like “jeans 32/34”.
Popular searches and history
Suggestions appear before the shopper starts typing.
The “searched, not found” report
A list of searches with no results: a hint at what to add to the range or to synonyms.
“Search only” mode
Search can be connected on its own, without the assistant chat.
