AI chatbot for ecommerce
that knows your catalog

StoreNex Chat is an AI chatbot and shopping assistant for ecommerce. It learns your catalog from Shopify, Horoshop, Prom or a product feed, then recommends and compares products, quotes shipping, takes orders and hands the chat to a manager when needed. It works on your website, Instagram and OLX.

It answers shoppers on your site, on Instagram and on OLX, finds the right product and checks price and stock in your catalog. On the Growth plan it also collects a lead with the contact and products for your manager.

Looking for a silver pendant under $175

Two silver pendants under $175 are in stock:
Disco Wicca silver pendant
$160
Bull & Girl silver pendant

Which one should I pick?
For everyday wear, we’d suggest Bull & Girl: it’s lighter. Disco Wicca is the more popular gift.

The problem›

Where a store loses sales

Four moments when a shopper leaves without an answer.

01
Silence until morning

A shopper writes at 11:40 pm, and the manager sees it in the morning. By then they may have bought somewhere else.

→ with StoreNex Chat The assistant replies right away, 24/7, and picks products from your catalog.
02
The bot quoted an old price

A generic AI chat answers from the model’s memory or old texts. The shopper comes for one price and sees another in the cart.

→ with StoreNex Chat Prices and stock come only from your XML/YML feed, checked every 1–24 hours.
03
Managers drown in “just asking”

Routine questions about stock, price and shipping take time away from shoppers who are ready to order.

→ with StoreNex Chat The assistant handles routine questions and passes a lead with contact and products to your manager (Growth plan).
04
Ads bring people in, the site lets them go

You pay for the click, the visitor opens a catalog of thousands of items and can’t find what they need.

→ with StoreNex Chat The shopper describes what they want in their own words and sees matching products with prices right away.
Features›

More than an answer in a chat

Everything a shopper would ask a sales rep, they get in the chat. Comparisons, picks, shipping quotes and call-back requests all work right inside the widget. Prices and stock come from your feed, just like in the assistant’s answers.

01all plans
Compare in one click
Two or three models in a table: price, stock, specs. No “let me check”.
02all plans
A shareable shortlist
The shopper saves options and sends a link to whoever they’re asking for advice.
03needs a Nova Poshta key
Nova Poshta shipping (Ukraine)
The assistant calculates the cost to the shopper’s city, including cash on delivery, and finds a parcel by phone number.
04from Starter
A call instead of typing
Shoppers who’d rather not type leave a number, and a manager calls back.
05
Knows which page is open
On a product page the shopper asks “is it waterproof?” and the assistant knows what they mean.
06
Bundles for a task
“Everything for a picnic for four” becomes a set of your products with a total price.

What the assistant can do›

Goes deeper than answers to common questions

New StoreNex Chat features, grouped by the store’s jobs.

Updated: Nov 2, 2026
Understands the shopper and the product6 Orders and shipping6 Sounds like your store6 Channels and team5 Setup and catalog5
Search by photo in the chat A camera button in the message field: the shopper snaps an item or picks a photo from the gallery, the assistant sees what’s on it (“backpack, black”) and suggests similar products from your catalog. What it recognized shows in the shopper’s message. The photo is not stored; each photo counts as one reply within the plan’s limit.
Greets with the product in view On a product page, the hint next to the chat button names that product, and the chat opens with a greeting and three quick questions: “Is it in stock?”, “How much is shipping?”, “Show similar products”.
Specs and variants from product pages The assistant gradually reads your product pages and adds what’s missing from the Horoshop feed: flavor, size, color, material. Price, stock and everything already in the feed always come from the feed.
Explains terms from your knowledge base The assistant explains labels, materials and technologies from your knowledge base as general information. If a product description doesn’t say which value applies to that product, it says so honestly.
Honest about quantities If the feed has a stock quantity, the assistant gives it. If there’s no data, it says so and offers to check with a manager.
Compares even over budget If one of the products costs more than the shopper’s budget, the assistant names the price and says why. If they ask to see it anyway, it shows the pricier products too.
How the feed works›

Answers come from the feed, not from the model’s memory

  1. 01 Feed receivedWe read the XML/YML at the link: titles, prices, stock, categories and attributes.
  2. 02 Catalog readyProducts are prepared for search, so the assistant finds them from the shopper’s description.
  3. 03 The shopper gets an answerPrice and stock in the answer come from the latest feed check.
  4. Feed check: every 1–24 h.
Training›

Train it like your best salesperson

The assistant can advise the way your best sales rep does. The catalog gives it prices and descriptions, but your rep knows more: which model suits a beginner, what works with what, why the cheaper version won’t do. You can pass that know-how to the assistant.

Store materialsBuying advice, compatibility, fine print. The assistant uses them when a question is on topic.
Training on conversationsOpen a conversation where it answered wrong and show how it should be done.
Store voiceTone, formal or casual, answer length, emoji, banned phrases and upsells.
Store policiesShipping, payment, returns, hours and phone numbers. If it isn’t in the settings, the assistant doesn’t make it up.

A chatbot for a clothing store

Most questions in a clothing store are about size and fit. The assistant answers from your size chart and product specs, then offers to place the order.

Site · midi dressSample conversation
I’m 5'7" and 137 lb. Which size of this dress should I get?
By the store’s size chart, S will fit you. It’s a relaxed cut, so if you like a closer fit you can go with XS.
How long is it?
It’s midi length, below the knee. Size S is in stock. Shall I place the order?

Question before you connect

What is an AI chatbot for ecommerce, and how is it different from a regular chatbot?

A regular website chatbot follows a script or waits for a person. An AI shopping assistant knows your catalog from Shopify, Horoshop, Prom or a feed (prices, stock, specs), so it recommends and compares products, quotes shipping and takes orders. It replies in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

What kind of product feed do I need?
Where does the chat widget appear?
Can the chatbot take payments?
How do Instagram and OLX work?
What if the answer isn’t in the feed?
Can I change the assistant’s name and avatar?
How much does an AI chatbot for an online store cost?
